Everyone has a story to tell. Some people are reluctant to tell their stories – be it of travails, trials, tribulations, tests, and triumphs - while some others are so enthusiastic about doing so. Our belief is that everyone’s story could be a lesson or a blessing. We love how Prince Harry puts it: “I have worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story – the highs and the lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.” And, as South Africa Bishop and 1984 Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu once said: “My humanity is bound up in yours, for we can only be human together.” Our mission is to try to get people to tell their own stories, in their own words, straight from their hearts. Because, of course, everyone has a story to tell. Sweet or sour. Send us a short message on +234 818 693 5900 (WhatsApp) and we shall be in touch. We can only be human together
What is your own tori?
To keep us going
Dear Reader, This initiative which started as a demonstration project for an intern of The Journalism Clinic has, before our very eyes, taken a life of its own, demanding a lot more resources than envisaged.
Your kind support will keep us going. You can do so securely here
Many thanks.
Sincerely,
